Seismic type velocity transducer

Seismic type velocity transducer

The ground's vibration is measured using a seismic type velocity transducer. The seismic transducer's two primary components are the displacement transducer and the spring mass damper element. The displacement is transformed into an electrical quantity by the displacement transducer. The seismic transducer is used to measure vibrations from volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, and other sources. The mass is connected to the housing via the damper and spring working together. The housing frame is connected to the source whose vibrations need to be measured. Our years of experience and knowledge have allowed us to offer a range of excellent casing-mounted accelerometers and velocity sensors in a number of models for various uses.
